Nathalie Emmanuel
Nathalie Emmanuel was a British actress, best known for her character Missandei on HBO's fantasy epic "Game of Thrones" (HBO in 2011-19). Emmanuel, who was born in and raised in Southend-on-the-Sea in Essex's seaside resort She has always been interested in acting. Her mother was impressed and she began enroling her in dancing, singing as well as acting classes when she was only three years old. Emmanuel was a highly skilled actress and singer. She was cast as the young Nala by The West End for the stage production "The Lion King" in the late 1990s. Emmanuel began auditioning at the age of a teenager for TV and film roles. Her first breakthrough came in 2007, when she was chosen to play Sasha Valentine, a British soap opera "Hollyoaks", (Channel 4 95-). Emmanuel played the role of Sasha Valentine for four years before leaving Hollyoaks by the year 2010. Emmanuel was given her first break three years after that as she was chosen in the role of Missandei on the HBO show Game of Thrones. She performed the role of Daenerys's interpreter (played by Emilia Clarke). Emmanuel continued to be character in each season of HBO's "Game of Thrones" up to the end of the season on May 19, 2019.
